- strong executive leadership

- leader in the IP realm
- can compete with the large carriersCons
- expensive
- products need to fit a niche customer
- churn rate on customers is too high
- local management is not seasonedAdvice to Senior Management
overall i am very happy with the leadership team and overall direction of where the company is headed as a whole.
