I worked at XP Power full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

Great work/life balance Compassionate management Reward hard workers Well compensated Great company to work for

    Cons

Need better exit interview to prevent disgruntled ex-employee from writing bad reviews attempting to tarnish the company name

    Advice to Management

Stay your course as there has been a lot of good improvement made to the company

I worked at XP Power full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Easy work, lots of socializing in most departments, usually sounds like a party going on. Only manufacturing and warehouse work hard. Many good people work there.

    Cons

Very low pay, low morale, run like a mom and pop operation. There is one blatantly highly favored department (sales), everyone else is expendable. Hardest workers are paid the least. Poor management, very poor working environment. I would not recommend XP to anyone. I worked there several years and left on my own. This review applies to Sunnyvale location only, I've had no experience at other locations.

Not much in the learning capacity - more of a sweat house.

I worked at XP Power full-time

    Pros

Great people working at the bottom of the totem pole.

    Cons

Hard to move up within the company. Poor pay structure. Poor management.

    Advice to Management

Value the employees that you have. You have a lot of good hard working people that receive no recognition.

    Pros

They pay you, but really no money is worth more than your life

    Cons

Lies and more lies, totally disgusting company that uses people for 5mins and stuffs them out the door when have finished with them. No communication between staff they all sit in silence. They have no knowledge of safety standards and i refused to comply with unsafe practices and was fired. Better unemployed than dead.
