    Great people working at the bottom of the totem pole.

    Cons

    Hard to move up within the company. Poor pay structure. Poor management.

    Value the employees that you have. You have a lot of good hard working people that receive no recognition.

    Pros

    Not as politics as other companies.

    Cons

    1) Stingy pay.
    2) Allow certain individual to run too wild at work with zero capability of understanding employees or how to manage people.
    3) Low tech

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    1) Have at least annual reviews and increase salary for those performed well.
    2) Try to utilize each employee potential well.

    Lack of progression due to flat sales structure

    I worked at XP Power full-time (less than an year)

    Pros

    They pay you, but really no money is worth more than your life

    Cons

    Lies and more lies, totally disgusting company that uses people for 5mins and stuffs them out the door when have finished with them. No communication between staff they all sit in silence. They have no knowledge of safety standards and i refused to comply with unsafe practices and was fired. Better unemployed than dead.

    Dont have anything i could to say that wouldnt result in my comments being removed
