    Pros

    Great company, that is forward thinking, dependable, customer focused and positioned for growth. Co-workers here get along well, work together as a team to get the job done, and have the ability to expand across the USA.

    Cons

    Weeding out some of the past bad employees who wish to bad mouth this company as revenege has been challenging. We now have a very stable team that knows how to work together not point fingers when mistakes are made.

    Advice to Management

    Keep up the good work!

    Pros

    Had an experience recently where my coworkers went above and beyond for me. I’m so lucky and blessed to be working with such amazing people who care about each other so much.

    Cons

    Communication between offices and senior management could use some improvement.

    Pros

    The HR Manager is always very helpful and friendly. She works more than most employees but you never see stress or any irritation from her. The culture is very nice and respectful.

    Cons

    PTO could be a little better for new hires, communication can be improved.

    Pros

    I found this company to be exceptionally strong in customer services, with a loyal sales teams. Good People to work with and a very competent and professional HR department.

    Cons

    This is a growing regional company that is still being run like a small mom and pop by the leadership. This style works in the rural markets but not in the highly competitive cities.

    Advice to Management

    Delegate responsibilities. You can't do it all.

    Pros

    It's a starter company for your career. Some co-workers are great. That's all.

    Cons

    Management. Salary. Expectations. Benefits. Human resources. There aren't many things positive to say about this company.

    Advice to Management

    Create better benefits. Train employees. Hire employees with experience. Do not hire people with no experience to give low pay then expect perfection.

    Pros

    Many wonderful employees to work with, good work life balance. Great dedicated sales team.

    Cons

    EXTREMELY poor leadership from the VP of Operations down to line management who are inexperienced and lack the knowledge in their field to effectively run an organization. Creativity and innovation are practically discouraged. Teams are overworked and under appreciated with a management, sink or swim mentality. Turnover is extremely high and employees are not valued. No training, no raises, no recognition, no performance review. If your just in it for a small paycheck this employer is okay, if you are looking for more, look elsewhere.

    Advice to Management

    Hire experienced executive and line managers to lead the company. Invest in your people, require education and certifications for your payroll, benefits, accounting and HR departments. Value your staff, encourage innovation and creativity and listen to those with experience and expertise in their field.

    Can't think of a single positive thing to say about them

    Cons

    Indian owned so employees are treated like cattle which is the culture of that country. Churn 'em and burn 'em. Low pay, long hours and incompetent management. Haven't given the employees a raise for going on 4 years yet the owner is building a mansion in Great Falls. No 401k contribution for 4 years either. Company is not long for survival.

    Advice to Management

    Quit and let people with half a brain try to save the company

    I can't think of a single good thing to say about this place other than it's a paycheck.

    Cons

    Absentee ownership, incompetent management, no training, poor benefits, little support, expectation of employees to work holidays and unpaid overtime just to keep clients

    Advice to Management

    Resign and do something that you're qualified to do!

    Pros

    The employees are great. Very nice. Professional and helpful....but only the employees make it good to work here. They all work very hard.

    Cons

    Management is awful. Low ball employees pay and is normal practice, so don't be fooled. Benefits are terrible and you have to pay a ridiculous premium. You wind up paying so much out and still get medical bills...ridiculous. the worst part is the deductible you have to pay is way too high. So you get even less in your pay check, because they don't tell you how awful their benefits are. The person who negotiated the healthcare should be FIRED! Also, the owner of the company is abusive with his language, and screams and yells and you can hear him from the back of the office. Don't bother working here and keep going to a better company that will pay you what you're worth, have way better benefits! The management talks a good game, but don't believe the hype.

    Advice to Management

    Pay people what they're worth and stop low balling. Get better benefits for employees than the poor benefits you offer and fire the person who negotiated the health benefits. Again, pay people what they're worth like management gets paid a fat salary and the employees don't even get a good salary, bonuses or pay increase. you need to change that. Value the workforce that make you successful and keeps the owners pockets fat.
