    Pros

Associates have a lot of variety in project work. Colleagues are pleasant to work with and support a collaborative culture.

    Cons

As with any consulting job sometimes you have to work additional hours to meet a deadline. Overall the flexibility outweighs this occasional con.

    Advice to Management

Continue to hire individuals that understand the company culture.

    Pros

Working with intelligent people; great work culture; excellent pay; and benefits are great!

    Cons

There aren't any that come to mind. The HR personnel are very straightforward and transparent in the hiring process; both about compensation, and what to expect in your new role.

    Advice to Management

Continue to keep hiring seasoned professionals and continue to protect the excellent work culture within your teams!

    Pros

Challenging and interesting work with A-List clientele. Excellent compensation and benefits.

    Cons

The majority of senior management, excepting the President, behaves like a high school clique. If you are a "yes" person, you are "in." If you challenge the status-quo, even if your ideas have merit for company growth, you are "out." If you are "in," you are given promotions (even if you don't qualify), recognized, and treated well. If you are "out," at best, you are ignored. At worst, you are sharply criticized for the slightest error, denied the ability to showcase your skills and expertise, and are not considered for promotion. It is a discouraging work environment, and a sad commentary on what could be an outstanding company.

    Advice to Management

The company President needs to remove the offending senior management.

    Pros

Company is experiencing growth in certain service areas and rewards good performance. There are a lot of people who support the business and employee loyalty is evident. Many employees who leave return.

    Cons

Leadership seems to be a little disconnected from corporate. There are a number of contract positions that make up much of the bench strength of the organization and they appear disconnected from the organization. The overall structure is difficult to figure out.

    Advice to Management

Share strategy for long-term growth rather than systematic updates. Leverage expertise of outsourcing team before they leave the organization.

Interesting opportunity but they work the teams to death and dramatically underpay for what is asked.

Odd mean-girl behavior with some management. Have noted the lack of teamwork between cross functional groups.

    Advice to Management

Pay people what they are worth. Watch the gossip

The people are team oriented and are passionate about their jobs and helping others get access to treatment. Great compensation and benefits. They promote education and training. Management holds weekly meetings with team members to share information.

    Cons

Company car was not provided for field travel. There is not always a client project available when another contract ends.
