I have been working at Xebia full-time

    Pros

    - If you can fake it. You ll be really successful here.
    - Say big words.. every now and then. You ll do good.
    - People who know nothing but say everything, are supported and acknowledged.
    - People on bench - get mac and sponsored things
    - IOT and Android is the key to stay on bench always - and never get kicked out
    - Old people are good (however there are really really really really less of them now)

    Cons

    - not a paymaster anymore
    - Fake selling to customer - double or tripple billing of one resourse in multiple accounts.. experience exaggeration - show fresher as expert
    - no technical quality with new people
    - no good projects now
    - no onsite except for managers
    - no opportunities
    - management is self obsessed
    - shows employee freindly - and not at all in the core
    - very complex salary structure
    - training/appndix c/ appndix d/performance bonus is all fake commitments
    - people resigning in less than a week of joining
    - bonded labor for almost everything
    - literally exploiting freshers - have recruited them at very low wages and in great numbers

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Stop faking people.
    understand and adapt
your people know more agile than you - so respect them and stop talking stupid things
Fire some really not so required people - no manager is what this company needs really
you do not need some stupid people to guide - even smarter people to work efficiently
SAVE this company asap. the culture is spoiled.. the last 1 yr was the hangover.. and you feel it or not.. the hangover of being the awesomest company in NCR is really over now !

I have been working at Xebia full-time (more than 3 years)

    Pros

Review dated 1 March says it all. It can not be more appropriate at this moment.

    Cons

Review dated 1 March says it all. Pros are the cons now. If you can fool Mr. CEO it works well for one's self progress. Please try to create or revive the culture.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

For the top most person in Management in India - Stop nurturing Rahul Gadhis in the organization. Your favoritism to wrong people is visible even to blinds of blind. And yes the habit of back biting as well.

I worked at Xebia full-time (more than 3 years)

    Pros

    Good for following people
    1) Big mouth people who just say a lot and do nothing.
    2) People who can't code but preach code.
    3) People who like to sit, sleep and don't want to do anything.
    4) People who have good comm skills but no coding skills.
    5) People who can make cool stories about IOT and all but can't do anything on real projects.
    6) If you are good in arranging events and all but really don't want to work.
    7) Last but not least , if you can fool your CEO.

    Cons

If you understand sarcasm you will get cons in above pros.

This company use to be a good place to work for but eventually they hired a CEO(joker 1) and then a CTO(joker 2) and some sales jokers and gradually this great company turned out into a piece of crap. No good projects, no vision, no leadership, no ethics, no core values and no good people.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    1) Wake up
    2) Stop doing day dreaming.
    3) Stop over committing to client and employees
    4) Bring some good real projects into company and stop this body shopping business.
    5) Stop using company resources for your pleasure international travels.
    6) Show some output.
    7) Respect your people and stop doing back biting.
    8) Improve processes.
    9) Fire the CTO, he is good for nothing.
    10) Hire some real good talented people for higher management.
    11) Fire all these people who just organize events and don't work.
    12) Disslove your IOT division they are just using your money and doing nothing , oh yes they do play foosball.

Global Exposure, exuberant culture derived from employee Friendly HR Policies.Ample opportunities for growth provided. The best thing is that Xebia claims and follows the employee first approach which not many organizations do.

    Cons

Need to strengthen the processes towards more organized systems.

Current Intern - Intern in Gurgaon, Haryana (India)
Current Intern - Intern in Gurgaon, Haryana (India)

I have been working at Xebia as an intern (less than a year)

    Pros

I went in for an Off Campus Interview . The selected candidates were offered an Intern AND Job.
The Interview was a multi-level process with 1,3,4 rounds being the elimination rounds:
    1) Aptitude Test (Difficulty level was not very hard)
    2) Coding Round( There were 3 questions , and we had to write the code on paper; This wasn't a Elimination round)
3)Technical Interview (Project related questions, A LOT of questions on your codes from previous round, arrays, pointers, etc)
    4) HR Interview (About yourself and extracurricular activities,Family members etc )

Results were declared on the same day.

    Cons

The process took an entire day starting from 9am to 7pm.

They make you sign a 3 year bond with an unpleasant salary/package at the beginning of the INTERNSHIP .

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Kindly offer decent salary, so that the person thinks about coming aboard. Freshers bring their energy into the company, giving them peanuts in return isn't the best way to go about.

I worked at Xebia full-time (less than a year)

    Pros

    Past golden years history.
Plenty of opportunities if you can showcase your skills in initiatives like Speaker in a conference, hackathons.
Only Good part left is HR.

    Cons

The people in the management is worst i have seen.
The senior tech leadership people think of themself as superboss and always try to demotivate you.
First they hire you then they conduct your client interview and then some politics game is executed and you are being declared rejected by client. Then the superboss demotivates you. You are being treated as slaves.

Have seen worst environment in an IT company and regret about wasting time being part of so much hyped Xebia.
Xebia NL is completely unaware/blind about whats happening in Xebia India.
No projects in Xebia India. Still the superboss is always seen chanting we have so so many projects that we don't have capable people to suffice the project needs.

The appendix C is failure. Please don't consider it as part of ctc this component is tough to be realized.
Have seen superboss boasting that old people were good and new coming are of no use.
    Then WHY d HELL u HIRE ?
If your billing is running then you are good else you are weight on Xebia.

    Respect your people.
