I have been working at Xentel full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Weekly pay. Guaranteed at least $300 but can go to $500-$600. Lots of dumpy addicts so you can feel superior to everyone while you look for something better.

    Cons

For a company with such a crappy capacity for making money, they sure are strict about punching in and absences.

    Advice to Management

Be less slimy for the love of God.

    Pros

Absolutely none unless you are looking for a job where you dont have to think and can disappear for weeks and still have a job

    Cons

No benefits, no perks, work 6 days a week, even if there is a holiday you have to work double shifts to make up hours lost, absolutely no concern for their employees.

I have been working at Xentel full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Xentel has flexible scheduling and a liberal dress code. Xentel has a convenient downtown location in my city.

    Cons

Xentel has a low pay structure. Some of the people that worked at my location did not have common courtesy and lacked people skills. Some of the scripts were poorly written.

    Advice to Management

Pay better rates and hire better people. Some of the scripts need to be re-written.

I worked at Xentel full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

You can dress however you want. The work hours are flexible.

    Cons

Some people that worked there did not have proper manners. The work can be very repetitious and boring. Some people there talk loud and it can hurt your ears after a couple of hours hearing them.

    Advice to Management

The icebreaker parts of you scripts need improvement. If you pay better and you will get better people who will make you even more money.

    Pros

Learned what works when making a cold call sale. Good experience learning from my own mistakes and finding what works.

    Cons

People who don't put in 110% consistently don't get paid as much as they possibly could... A no-brainer.

    Advice to Management

    No complaints.

I have been working at Xentel full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

next to no dress code, very casual environment, you can take lots of breaks if you desire, as well as time off with little to no explanation.

    Cons

The calling system needs upgrading, you need to work a minimum of 39 hours to obtain your bonus, or lose it all. Thus, if you are sick, their is no ability to make up the hours.

    Advice to Management

    create more incentive
