    Cons

    SDU needs to be supervised more by corporate. Management needs to recognize the talent they have on their staff. High turn over rate.

    Get rid of the nepotism there are too many family members working and supervising each other.

    It was a paying job.

    Poor management, no employee loyalty, pay is is really poor compared to expectations which are truly set during interview, first day of work or thereafter.

    Provide management training, more access to HR for employee issues, pay industry standard for position titles, pay attention to exit interviews.
