    Horrible Company!! I wouldn't recommend this job to my worst enemy.

    ProsI like most of the people I work with.

    ConsThey pay sucks!! They don't pay for breaks, OT.. They make you get disability paperwork for the stupidity reasons.. Including bathroom breaks. This company doesn't know if they are coming or going. Favortism, sexual harassment.. Nothing is done about it.

    Great Company to work for!

    ProsGreat staff. Helpful. Always there when you have questions. Customers are generally friendly when they call. Paid Training. Great Training. Positive Environment. Lots of opportunities for advancement within the company. Benefits after 90 days. Lots of schedules to choose from but don't get the ones you want sometimes until later.

    ConsOccasionally a really upset customer can be hard to deal with but usually a supervisor will handle it from there.

    ProsA lot of challenges and chance to be around smart people. I did not expect that at the outset.

    Conssometimes when I come in there are not enough perks of high quality such as coffee. Overall, though the breakroom is great and the people are too.
