Former Employee - Customer Care Representative in El Paso, TX

I worked at Xerox full-time (more than 3 years)

    Pros

paycheck when you make sales, customer sat metrics (they are reducing payout and hours now)

    Cons

Low hours, supervisors who yell at agents, refuse to help and play blatant favorites . They like low producers and fire their best agents because they think they can be replaced easily by good agents. No career track options. Very vindictive supervisor and management style.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Comply with company policy of non harrasment conduct and holding themselves accountable. Fire low producing supervisors who get rid of good agents . Make supervisors lose weight , some are so fat they don't move to get up from station to help agents. When they do their faces are contorted with irritation at having to actually WORK. They don't inspire. They just threaten with firing. Make supervisors and managers have a college degree.
