    Pros

Good flexibility in working conditions, leading to good work life balance.
High emphasis on diversity recruitment (especially female and minorities).

    Cons

Dismal mid level and upper management concern for employees
    Employees are not valued intrinsically
Priorities and support fluctuates significantly with change in immediate management

    Advice to Management

Look at employees as long term investment, not as disposable property to be gotten rid of once the project is completed.

    Pros

Good and hard working people in the ranks. XRX has valuable patents/innovation and marquis client base.

    Cons

Senior leadership is very political and disconnected. Need a solid strategic plan. Call BCG or the like. ITO acquisition was a big mistake. Benefits are very expensive for a family.

    Advice to Management

Divest divisions not complimentary to XRX. Instill solid SALES leadership with track record verses leaders from a marquis org or a political hire. Pay fair compensation to employees. Use XRX's impressive innovation to impact bottom line verses do nothing or give it away.
