    Pros

Love their testing process....very approachable recruiters!

    Cons

Like any other call center job the hours can be painful (odd)..you may even work on weekends so be very flexible!

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    I worked at Xerox

    Pros

The offices are on the top floor and when you look out the windows the scenery is very pretty, and the janitorstry to keep the place clean. A nice cafeteria downstairs.

    Cons

Some supervisors care about us but most seem like it is their first job supervising anyone. It is hard to blame them though because when I heard them talking about their managers it seemed like they are told treat us like animals. We had to (required to) work overtime as so many people quit. The building had to be sprayed for bed bugs several times! Even with all of this, we were treated as if we were worthless, but they kept telling us how much we were valued.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Go back to school or back to being a CSR and learn what you are supposed to be doing instead of thinking that just because someone made a mistake and gave you the job that you know what you are doing because with everyone quitting you obviously don't.

I worked at Xerox full-time (more than a year)

    Pros

It's a job. The company is growing and there are many opportunities opening up all over the country.

    Cons

I'm not one for the corporate hustle phony water-cooler mumbo jumbo. (Ever see the movie 'Office Space'?) This place was similar. The division of Xerox I worked for took over call center operations for Sprint. Xerox is venturing into so many different areas as a company. But what remains is the typical corporate office bs full of miserable, unmotivated, inside-the-box-thinkers.

I have been working at Xerox full-time

    Pros

    Good people to work with
Ok benefits, with HSA and 401K Contribution
    Work-life balance isn't bad

    Cons

POOR PAY - I am making way under the average for my role compared to other companies in the city.
NO ROOM FOR GROWTH - Very stagnant, boring roles. No-where to grow within the city. Upper management would like to portray there is growth, when in actuality, there is nothing being offered to employees.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

ACTUALLY HAVE ONE-ON-ONE REVIEWS WITH YOUR EMPLOYEES.
STOP FEEDING US THE TYPICAL CORPORATE BS AND BE STRAIGHT FORWARD FOR ONCE.
