    Pros

Great team and lots of support. Extensive training and mentoring available. Huge knowledge base.

    Cons

Lack of assigned seating led to confusion quite often.

    Advice to Management

Assign seats in order to make them ergonomic for the individual. A comfortable person is a happier person.

    Pros

Discounts with a number of companies, including cell phone carriers. Ability to make more money on the hour based on your consistent results. Ability to seek active promotion based not on seniority, but your performance.

    Cons

Rushed training. Busy days with little downtime. Short breaks that are not always positioned so as to best break up your day.

    Advice to Management

Increased training to include more hands on time before new employees are put to work with live customers. This led to a number of angry and frustrated customers because they were dealing with someone who had little experience with putting their training to work. More mock calls with a greater variety of call types.

    Pros

Being apart of a great team working with others. Providing the customers perfect service and using problem solving skills.

    Cons

Sometimes if in a meeting or helping an agent a supervisoray not be available and if you need help right away thet at not be able to get to you in a timely fashion.

    Advice to Management

Train all the supervisors on how to be supportive of each team member even if they feel some of them are inadequate. Treat each person the same and show no favoritism.

    Pros

High diversity, "think on your feet work".
Rewarding projects that give opportunity to feel like ones work makes an impact
    Pay and benefits are competitive.
    The people are nice.
    Work-life balance flexibility is plus.
Many sponsored and incentivized career development opportunities are offered.
If one wants to grow and learn new ways to be effective, this is a good place to do so.

    Cons

Pace can be very intense at times; but can be managed if an effort is made to set boundaries in advance.
There are operational gaps and this leads to internal delays in getting things done, this takes some time to familiarize and Pace is intense at time, but can be managed is an effort is made setting boundaries.
There are some operational gaps and this leads to internal delays in getting things done. It takes a bit of time to become familiar with these and adapt.
There is a level of top down autonomy that makes working towards a solution a challenge.
Quarterly layoffs are a reality, but they are usually made with advanced indication.

    Advice to Management

Lower management: Keep doing what you can, my overall impression is positive.
Middle management: Get (better) connected, and improve on internal/external customer & employee communications.
Upper management: Vision is set and change is inevitable, but re-org sometimes comes with a resource consequence. The shifts and changes usually result in even more challenging resource burdening.
Senior management: Sometimes (revenue) loss is predictable and avoidable, by better use of other internal metrics and controls in advance of change and re-org reduction measures.

    Pros

Colleagues and management are helpful and want your work to be successful

    Cons

Raises and promotions are very limited and not brought up during the interview process. Also, salaries are structured according to contracts and models, initial salary may not be comparable to the job responsibilities.

    Advice to Management

Very top heavy and cost conscious.

  11. Tough place to work but work from home options make it worth it...but barely.
