    Pros

High diversity, "think on your feet work".
Rewarding projects that give opportunity to feel like ones work makes an impact
    Pay and benefits are competitive.
    The people are nice.
    Work-life balance flexibility is plus.
Many sponsored and incentivized career development opportunities are offered.
If one wants to grow and learn new ways to be effective, this is a good place to do so.

    Cons

Pace can be very intense at times; but can be managed if an effort is made to set boundaries in advance.

There are some operational gaps and this leads to internal delays in getting things done. It takes a bit of time to become familiar with these and adapt.
There is a level of top down autonomy that makes working towards a solution a challenge.
Quarterly layoffs are a reality, but they are usually made with advanced indication.

    Advice to Management

Lower management: Keep doing what you can, my overall impression is positive.
Middle management: Get (better) connected, and improve on internal/external customer & employee communications.
Upper management: Vision is set and change is inevitable, but re-org sometimes comes with a resource consequence. The shifts and changes usually result in even more challenging resource burdening.
Senior management: Sometimes (revenue) loss is predictable and avoidable, by better use of other internal metrics and controls in advance of change and re-org reduction measures.

    Pros

Training for particular client was exceptional. Atmosphere is congenial for the workplace. Some supervisors were affable and open to questions, very helpful in providing answers.

    Cons

Some supervisors were quite full of themselves and let you know they were the boss. Not conducive to good working relations between employees and management. One would change the schedule "just because I can" and not take into consideration what people had requested due to their lives' schedules.

    Advice to Management

When your employees answer your questionnaires and let you know what their work preference is, do not ignore it and make their lives more difficult than necessary.

    Pros

Colleagues and management are helpful and want your work to be successful

    Cons

Raises and promotions are very limited and not brought up during the interview process. Also, salaries are structured according to contracts and models, initial salary may not be comparable to the job responsibilities.

    Advice to Management

Very top heavy and cost conscious.

  6. Tough place to work but work from home options make it worth it...but barely.

    Pros

Many good people still work at MidasPlus and are the best reason to work here. Some (a minority) believe it is still a good place to work.

    Cons

A dramatic culture shift brought about a hemorrhaging of talent as well as customer satisfaction. I feel sorry for anyone who comes into the mess we're in right now.

    Advice to Management

Listen to what your workers need. Whether it be money, help with their workload, education, or to redirect their career, if you're not meeting their need, they'll bleed out. If you're not listening to them, you'll never know what they need.
