    Super easy job, although no raises the pay is decent (12.00)

    work on weekends.mandatory overtime.no roon for promotion.

    Pros

    A superior learning environment. Ability to learn a variety of computer programs that I would not normally have learned.

    Cons

    Supervisors lack significant management skills, leaving them open to a variety of human resource and law issues. They rarely speak or acknowledge associates. There follow-up is at a snails pace at best, and their promotional selections are head scratching.

    Advice to Management

    Get out on your floor and meet the people, observe your supervisors at work and make yourselves approachable.

    Pros

    Co-workers were good work with and manager was great

    Cons

    No pay increase in years and when an raise was given it was a joke. I received a .24 cents raise. Low work morale. Over worked and under paid.

    Advice to Management

    Stop micro managing and give a pat on back to employees every now and then.

    Pros

    Always on the edge of "New". Best job I ever had.

    Cons

    They gave me a "Golden Parachute" and I am sorry that I accepted it.

    Made good friends, hour lunch

    Poor management, no raises. Lots of favoritism

    Advice to Management

    Listen to feed back, stop favoritism, it should not be who you know to get a position.

    Pros

    You can learn new things. And continuously you improve yourself. And weekends are holiday.

    Cons

    There is nothing negative for Xerox. Its an international big company.

    Advice to Management

    As I said upper, Xerox is one big companies in the world. And all staff are really professional...

    Pros

    Worked with some very nice people. Some of the Super's were ok.

    Cons

    Work area was too small for the amount of people that had to work in the same space. Moved around a lot from one job function to another never really learning how to do the job assigned. Definitely some favoritism going on. Low pay.

    Lots of opportunity to grow your career
    Flexible working arrangements
    Telecommuting options and mobility
    Competitive compensation

    Cons

    Challenges associated with customer/vendor relationships
    Lots of acces to great information and resources but requires significant self-starter type of effort
    Organization runs very lean so triage and prioritization can be a challenge

    Improve information and communications flow (see con above about requiring self-starter effort)

    Pros

    Material available to guide employees to the right information to provide to card users.
    Training was well provided.

    Cons

    Scheduling was never correct, always changing as well as team leaders. This company has no concern about the employees, just reaching the numbers for their reports.

    Advice to Management

    Everyone should be allowed a window for being late. Other calls center allow a five minute window. The point system is not done properly. For beibg late, points should not be added. No show, no call should be added. I knew some employees that had 25 or above and they were still there. Listen to your employees. Thats why you have a high turn around.
