A good place for Fresher to learn
Cons
You are not treated as employee
People don't seem professional.
You have to stay till 8pm even if you don't have work whereas official hours are 9:30 to 6:30
Advice to Senior Management
There's is a lot to learn if you are running an organization
It should not be just all about earning money
