“Good learning experience, Bad management”

Pros – Good place to get your foot in the door. Not so good at keeping employees around.
Cons – Mediocre work, poor management, bad decision-making skills, poor communication, no personal skills, empty promises.

Pros – Can go to office at convenient time, work hours are not fixed.
Cons – Management is not transparent
Never clear about company plan or project plans
Advice to Senior Management – Must follow the plan and schedules as decided.
Concentrate on the quality of the product
