    friendly atmosphere, decent management, flexible schedule that allows you to take time off when you need to, training programs in place

    Cons

    low pay but fine for students, must cover for other workers regularly if they do not show up, management switches regularly, new bosses and supervisors all want different things

    Pros

    solid training, solid program structure, accessible supervisors, decent growth based on performance. regular evaluations and very motivating. working on site at elementary schools is a plus.

    Cons

    unmotivated co workers. training in the middle of nowhere. micromanaging by new supervisors who don't know what to do. underpaid for amount of work and effort you put in.

    kKids and parents were great! Sme of the staff was awesome too. We had a company party

    The pay was terrible and some of the management didn't support us when we needed it.

    Practically non-existant competitive pay
    Very difficult to move up within the company
    Senior management is very difficult to please
    Scarce hours during off-peak season

    Implement quarterly reviews so employees have a chance to review their work and improve in order to be considered for raises
    Allow employees opinion on new programs (since they know what members want more than managers do)
    Morale boosters of some kind. It gets very boring with no incentive to do better.
