Cons – Pay, some management was inconsistent and inconsiderate
Advice to Senior Management – Listen to your employees

Pros – Great benefits and the programs provided are amazing.
Cons – Upper Management has some issues with consistency and working through employee relations.
Advice to Senior Management – Concentrate on leadership

Former Employee – worked at YMCA of Los Angeles County full-time for more than 3 years
Pros – Stable, and flexible work schedules allow you to do multiple tasks or have multiple jobs at one time. Little upper management to have to deal with when working to complete task given. Work setting is casual and work week is standard.
Cons – Salaries are considerable lower than industry average. Little reconigintion given for excellent work performance. You will find many duds in the company that upper management refuses to fire even though there useless.

Cons – Overworked and unappreciated, hierarchy makes it difficult
Advice to Senior Management – Review your core values and practice them within your employee base.

-Opportunity to give back
-Co-Workers are nice
Cons – -Subject to Budget Cuts at all times
-Constant threat of positions being eliminated
-Directors have their Favorites
