I worked at YOR Health as a contractor (More than 3 years)

    Pros

The products are good and helped me feel and look better.

    Cons

The compensation plan was changed several times and the leadership, in my opinion, are somewhat of wolfs in sheeps clothing. This caused several top performers to leave, bringing a lot of their teams with them.

    Advice to Management

Please be honest and transparent to potential customers and distributors. There is a lot of enthusiasm, but as an MBA, I see that a lot of it is fabricated and inauthentic. I think intentions could be good, but there are too many high-presssure rush sales tactics used taking advantage of momentary emotional highs. Be transparent up-front and leave no surprises to be discovered after signing up.

I worked at YOR Health full-time

    Pros

    It's a job, nothing more.

    Cons

Expect to work at least 60 hours a week, without overtime. Be promised big things, and wear thousands of hats. If you can't get on the owners good side, life will be hell. Don't expect to have a life. Your coworkers will brainwash you that they are you new family. Smoke and mirrors

I worked at YOR Health full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Ability to learn new functions at the job

    Cons

    - Management work you more than the 8 hours and claim that since you are a salary employee that you are suppose to. - No raises or opportunity to grow with the company. - They promise you a management title but realistically only the Exec / VP's are making the money in this company. - No real management in the company / Growth.

    Advice to Management

Please don't lie to employees or make false promises and actually start to pay employees what they're worth and not just the top level execs / VP's who apparently don't do much other than take orders from higher ups. Maybe provide actual Work/Life Balance.

I worked at YOR Health as a contractor

    Pros

Product is pretty good. Compensation plan is standard, but there is a lot of room to make a lot of money. Good people to work with if you are under someone who is willing to help/mentor.

    Cons

It is a MLM, so you eat what you kill. Lots of rejection and suspicion from customers, which is expected from an MLM sales pitch. Too much focus on the monetary side of things rather than the actual product. Product is now made overseas to decrease expenses, which caused the product quality to decrease.

    Advice to Management

Be more communicative and responsive to inquiries and complaints.

I worked at YOR Health part-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Learn valuable sales skills and grit and determination. You can use the knowledge you are taught here to be successful in another industry.

    Cons

Pay - if you ever do make money - is terrible. There are much easier ways to make residual income. The successful people in the business don't have lives outside of it, and even most of them are portraying themselves to be more successful than they actually are.
