Pay flattens after a couple of years
Limited ammount of international exposure
Limited exposure to senior management
No clear policy for promotions

Advice to Senior Management – The company would do better by creating a more dynamic enviroment, with clearer politics determining rewards/ punishments. Also more international/ senior management exposure would be great.
