    Pros

Good comp. & benefits - free food (good quality), gym, medical insurances, educational reimbursements (yearly) and others.
A lot of technology to work with. Freedom to work on any interesting tech.
    Hack days, Technical training etc..
Work life balance is given due respect & fun working with great talented people.

    Cons

QPR - quarterly performance review attached to the rewards & then push backs on deserved recognitions, has killed the innovative and collaborative culture.
non-smart hires, delayed hires, untimely priorities, lack of trust at executive management level, job insecurity has ruined the place.

    Advice to Management

If you want to maintain the center in Bangalore, give the executives/center heads the freedom to run the show and have them report to higher up in the chain close to or directly to CEO. The reporting to a L3 or L4 in the chain itself shows, you don't have an interest to maintain a center and looses the employees trust in upper management.

    Pros

Manager was good but doesnt have any technical knowledge.

    Cons

Lot of politics I guess.. Directors to L2 and till Merissa , Senior guys who are working for more that 4-5 years are given preference even though they are not at all useful for the company.

    Advice to Management

Think beyond the old guys time to change them.
