Pros
People are competent and friendly. The workload is reasonable. Pay is competitive. Big company so experience looks good on resume.
Cons
Too many non-productive lengthy meetings. People at the lower levels are not very clear about the future. Environment a bit crowded.
Advice to Senior Management
More communication would be appreciated to allow everyone to have a clear understanding of the future. Bigger cubicles, nicer offices.
Pros
Good initial opportunity. Nice campus. Good food.
Cons
Public Relations department dealing with corporate and promotions and marketing were horrible and truly hurt the company in a HUGE WAY (2006-2007).
Advice to Senior Management
Stay humble and always keep your eye on those who have reach into the public and the media. They can make or break a company, and if your PR Team has a jumbo ego and are irresponsible, immature individuals that really do not care about the company- AX THEM as quickly as you can.
