    Legal Director (Former Employee)

ProsI found Yahoo! to be a nice place to work with great, dedicated people. Once they learn to start monetizing their products they will be fine.

ConsLot's of politics. Lot's of drama. Lots of food. Lots of fun. There you go.

Yahoo is a great company that is goal driven and cares about their employees.

    Anonymous Employee (Current Employee)

ProsI love the culture, leadership and compensation/perks that Yahoo provides to employees. There has been a tremendous push to make Yahoo the place to work.

ConsYahoo is a big company and with that you need to have a number of processes and transparency is difficult to obtain since so much is happening.

Advice to Senior ManagementTransparency needs to improved on every team and come from the top down. Hire from within. Find a way to reduce the goals process.
