    Consno clear career path , things keeps on changing every now and then, you are never sure where are you going; you can loose your job at any moment.

    Prosrelaxed, informal.
    People are concerned with work and beyond that no questions would be asked.
    Quite friendly and conducive environment

    Consfew projects are crappy with not much of direction.
    Not much otherwise. Priorities are not that well set and direction changes quite often

    ConsAbsolutely no career development, your idea will not be listened, if you are an engineer, be prepared to be a code monkey.
    No strategy at all.

    Advice to Senior ManagementYahoo London engineering team is really not competitive, due to the poor management. The senior director should leave.
