ProsYale University was a great organization to work for. Everyone is very mission driven. There was a lot of work-life balance, and the benefits were amazing!

ConsThere were a lot of politics. There was not a lot of upward mobility, I had to hope someone would leave or retire in order to be advanced.

Advice to Senior ManagementStop playing politics.

ConsA lot of the staff is lazy, and not everyone pulls their weight, and there really isn't much management can do about it.

    quality

ConsPressure - demanding working environment, very easy to be nervous or unhappy
