Pros – Challenging tasks, highly competent co-workers, great office, free food and other perks. One of the best companies to work for in Russia.

Cons – I don't know about other positions, but my experience was just great and I really can't come up with any downsides of working as Yandex.

Pros – Good people, good products, free work time planning, good equipment with hardware and software. Mainly good service plans.

Cons – Sometimes (subjectively) it is difficult to make people understand what is good and what is wrong from the user point of view. Management does their plans to the detriment of the interests of the users.

Advice to Senior Management – Look around, analyze current situation and see what things do really suck.

Pros – World class work conditions in best Silicon Valley traditions. Great office, free food, ability to work from anywhere and when you prefer (no strict workhours and notebooks to every employer from the beginning). World class challenges for everyone!
