    Buyer Beware

    ConsPay (get your money upfront) no room to change it later. Micromanagement. Beware of the inner circle. If you're in it you're in a great position. It's better to be liked then good at your job. No growth. Get the experience and get pain elsewhere.

    Good Company, Good Benefits

    Prossteady growth, relaxed dress code, everyone in friendly and fun environment with great benefits

    Consnot the greatest when it comes to pay, could use a little more structure, practices and policies aren't written down and it becomes frustrating when you break an unknown/unwritten rule yet are held accountable for it. They don't do well when it comes to taking suggestions on how to improve. And the tuition reimbursement sucks!!

    Advice to Senior Managementincrease base salaries, even come up with salary grades and ranges. Start listening to your employees--the way you have been doing business for 30 years works now, but eventually, you will have to change.

    ProsGreat people and good benefits.

    ConsWeak salary and a lot of micromanagement. Everything is monitored which isn't so bad but then when the data is reviewed it is often mis-interrupted by out of touch management. Basically if you want to be happy here you need to lose any personal opinion or ideas and start drinking the kool-aid or start looking elsewhere for work. Overall the company is technologically behind and trying to catch up which it has managed to do by buying better companies.

    Advice to Senior ManagementLeave your ego at home and realize that there just might be smarter people working for you. Also, this is the adult word and people shouldn't be managed like they are children.

    If you like Tech Support in a team based work environment this is the place for you

    ProsYou have to learn Accounting, Property Management, along with the software itself - you are always learning something new each and everyday. Providing excellent customer service is key - you don't have to be an Accountant or Programmer to work here - but you have to be able to learn and accept the fact that change is a constant.

    ConsThe company has grown so rapidly that it is difficult to have all the offices follow the same set of procedures which sends mixed signals to the clients.

    Advice to Senior ManagementWhile the new software rollout has a lot of great functionality and will be an outstanding product, it was rushed out too early and needed more beta testing and should have been released this spring after tax season
