Pros – There is an element of convenience and skill acquisition that can make a brief tenure worthwhile.
Cons – Very small minded cliqueish manaagement. Management based on territorial defense and self preservation.
Advice to Senior Management – Retire the current unqualified managers and replace them with professionals not impostors.

Pros – fairly flexible to allow for work/life balance
Cons – Management and culture are very negative. Recent changes may bring improvement, but don't hold your breath.
