Pros

The environment is very nice to work it. People are nice and we have underground parking, in the winter that's just LOVELY!@

We also had 25c pop which is nice when eating lunch :). There a lots of restaurants within walking distance and lots more with a close drive.

Most of all, the work doesn't get boring. Always something new to learn and do.

Cons

Its far from where I live so the commute in the morning isn't fun. There is always a sense of urgency and trade off of quality over sales. Sales has too much power.

The constant pressure to get things done was not nice. Constantly being asked to work weekends, just to say no and get asked again.

Advice to Senior Management

For me I personally like laid back managers and some of the senior managers micro manage too much to the point it distrupts work.
