    Pros

Fellow colleagues, decent event invitations, casual working environment, very smart people working around you, learning to work your butt off so that you can take your skills somewhere else where they are more appreciated.

    Cons

No idea how to manage people, no clue how to get rid of dead weight, stubborn management with an unrealistic view of self, no connection between DC and regional offices, horrible work-life balance, terrible salary offerings.

    Advice to Management

Listen to your employees more. Fire the person who manages your funds.

    Pros

    People are fun and passionate

    Cons

Management is sorely lacking in experience and vision. There's little to no structure, and the work shows it.

    Pros

The organization mission is amazing! Met great people throughout my time with the organization.

    Cons

Poor management and a lack of advancement opportunities. A few staff members quit after a few months on the job. Not good.

    Advice to Management

Do what is best for the organization as a whole and provide staff, interns, and fellows the opportunity to grow in the organization. Do not miss out on passionate young leaders.
