Former Employee – worked at Young Minds Daycare
Pros – They were flexible and caring. It was a good place to work with a family since they understood my children.
Cons – Expected a lot. I didnt make a lot of money here either even though parents were getting paid a lot of money.
Advice to Senior Management – Understand your employees have lives outside of work and sometimes need some compassion. Overall though management did a good job.
Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend
