    Pros

Exposure to multi-national clients and the WPP Group holding company family

    Cons

Even given it's slightly better than industry average stature, is an advertising agency really a viable workplace today?

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Pros

Really great opportunity for college students to get practical skills. Opportunities to participate in briefing, creativity designs, connect with customers and communicate with graphic designers.

    Cons

High intense and pressure for daily working. Could not be able to get work life balance. Long term to be promoted.

    Pros

Great atmosphere and experience. This position has given me the opportunity to expand my skills in the administration field.

No room for growth from my position. I would like a position at a company where there is room for growth and other opportunities.

I worked at Young & Rubicam

    Pros

The people, location, "free" perks that generally come with working at an agency

    Cons

So large you feel like just another number, structured hierarchy, sometime impersonal

  8.

I have been working at Young & Rubicam full-time (more than an year)

    Pros

The only thing I can say is that yes there is talent, but basically all good Ideas get killed when the suits get there paws on it. Also great clients but in all, what good is that if they never want to let the creatives take their brands to the next level they are too stuck on numbers/analytics and that dinosaur mentality, and as an added bonus the office decor is great (alligator skin wallpaper anyone)...

    Cons

the pay is really bad, there is no type of evaluation system in process so how does anyone know if your good, doing good, or even in the conversation to become great. No guidance! no training, forget going to conferences so start saving up if you really want to hit up that life changing mega event, cause it's gonna come out of your pocket.
Work Life balance is alright, but at the end of the day you ask yourself did we really do anything that's great

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Open your eyes, stop giving yourselves yearly bonuses, do you really need three or more luxury cars/boats? It's about time you open your pockets and compensate those who really do all the hard work, not your assistants but the creatives/accounts the meat of the factory.
This isn't brain Survey if you build a great culture others will follow.
