You can have a big picture of company operation.

    Cons

However, you cannot be valued by the management level. Poor leadership and less empowerment in the human resources department.

    Pros

Workers and leaders show their passion for the automotive industry in Taiwan. You can feel the different aggressive attitude to work with them.

    Cons

Maybe the a lot of works are still young and less experience. So sometime they need more time to trial and error.

    Pros

1.You can learn from the strategical partner like Mitsubishi/Nissan/Renault/Volkswagen, if you are have a business connection with them. 2.Some professionals in this company still work hard to maintain the company's strength. 3.Salary security guaranteed.

    Cons

1.BIG company, bureaucratic, but the benefits and compensation is shrinking due to the WHOLE group balance. 2.How long you work here is a critical factor when you face a promotion. 3.Hard to maintain young talents in the company.

    Advice to Management

Don't shrink the package as time goes by. Compensation, education training, business trip are essential for business growth, can not be cut for BUDGET concern, Consider you REAP from your SEED, You Give and then Take.

    Pros

you can totally understand the whole manufacturing process of a car. It is quite interesting and makes you have the sense when designing a auto-part.

    Cons

the base salary is not much compared to my friends. and I often work overtime because you need to wait until your manager leaves.

    Advice to Management

I think they need to try to listen the voice from the workers and understand the technical issues to avoid making wrong decisions.
