    Yum is a stable company.

    Cons

Upper Management plans change so drasticaly on a yearly basis.

    Advice to Management

You should spend more time reviewing an employees performance before eliminating his position. I was laid off after having a stellar year not to mention just being raised in my sallary for having a great track record of exceeding expectations.
