    Pros

    The only pros are getting introduced into the interesting technology that is used in this industry.

    Cons

    Small company that is very stressful to work for. Owner micro manages every aspect of the company. ALL projects are late months, even years which adds even more pressure and long working hours as none of the customers are happy. Terrible management and low pay compared to industry.

    Great learning opportunity for beginner. Good communication within the company.still in growing business. still hire employee for potential growth.

    Cons

    Hierarchy within the company.Long working hours. High stress. Lack of support from senior team. not so good benefit package.

    Give the opportunity for employee to grow within the company.need to empower the employee and create positive working atmosphere.
