    Pros

they have solid leadership from your direct manager, higher up the chain is a total mess tho.

    Cons

your hours are ridiculous, 7am until your done, could be 4 could be 10pm. they don't care if you get behind. they don't care about their employees. They had a turnover rate of 70%!!!

    Advice to Management

You call it part time but the guys are working their butts off for little pay, no benefits, no overtime, and no respect. pull your heads out and treat them with respect, after all, they are the ones making you money.

    Pros

    Potential of a living wage.

    Cons

Promises are rarely kept, and management is dishonest with it's employees. They will overhire, promising year around employment, but they will only keep you on until the busy season has ended or they will make you an assistant with a much lower earning potential. They provide absolutely no benefits for technicians. The work is hard, labor intensive, and regularly goes up to 60 hours/week without overtime. There is a constant push to sell, sell ,sell regardless if the product is needed by the customer or not.

    Advice to Management

Take a course or several in ethics.

    Pros

Their products truly do work.Trainers treat trainees with utmost respect. They are patient and give you numerous chances to improve.

    Cons

hours are inconsistent, one cannot rely on just hard work to make a sufficent paycheck. Upselling is the only way to increase your paycheck plain and simple. Not really any way to advance ones career.

    Advice to Management

Be honest in your application posting please suggest that strong communciation plusp, plus, plus upselling is a must .don't behave like Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde, it doesn't make employees want to work harder just more determine to find a better job which values them.

    Pros

there is a paycheck, it is small but it comes on time they just started allowing paid time off. however if they are closed you have to use your own paid time off instead of getting holiday pay company does have solid product that does truly work.

    Cons

company does not care about employees. they say they do but what they mean is they care about management injuries are treated in ways that are borderline unetheical owership hides behind "we are growing" or" we are new at this" despite being 6 years old and doing 10 million in business they do not respect any employee who does not directly make them money, this means infrastructure and support employees are irrelevant and are treated as such, very much a culture of exclusion. they do not have a real human resources department nor do they respect human resources issues, if you talk to their "human resources person" it is not in confidence, nor is it possible for her to help you, your best bet is to talk to management so you can be fired directly for stepping out of line.

    Advice to Management

quit lying to employees, quit pretending you dont know how to run a business quit acting like this is all new to you quit making promises and only following through if they dont cost actual money also its not going to solve a problem if you hire 10 outside managers to insulate you further from the employees that have already lost faith in you and the company maybe develop employees instead of just making them so miserable they quit, turnover is huge, eventually you will have replaced your competent people with cheaper people, and as you try to tell all your customers, cheaper isnt better
