    Pros

    Company's culture is not that aggressive as Huawei, people have flexibility to balance between family and work, and have chance to change his position according to his own willing.

    Cons

    relative low efficiency, high cost of inner communication and coordination, not compatible salary..

    Advice to Management

    had to improve management efficiency, organization need to optimized greatly.

    Pros

    An open company, easy to access company resources, knowledge, lots of inner training. you will grow fast if you want.

    Cons

    Relation focused company, you have to maintain good relation with other department if you want support from them. Low efficiency for waiting boss's decision.

    Advice to Management

    Appoint guys who really care about company and with talent, forget the politics.

    Pros

    If you cannot find a job, ZTE will hire you. If you dont speak English, ZTE will hire you. If your deploma is very low, ZTE will hire you.

    Everything in a mass. Totally no management.

    I have been working at ZTE full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

    very big company, a "not bad" salary referred to the average in Shanghai. The most important thing is people there focus on working, not trickery. The atmosphere just like still in school, simple and efficient.

    Cons

    Overtime working without... we all know that as a chinese. And there are too many rules that has nothing to do with research, which only consuming us engineer a lot of time doing meaningless routine.

    Advice to Management

    less rules and try to integrate different department together so that there will be less responsibility avoiding things,

    I worked at ZTE full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

    A lot change to dig your abilities, and a lot chances to enrich your experiences. the working pressure is not quite huge here.

    Cons

    overtime working, not equal relationship in department. Payment is not quite good compare with other competitors. Not easy to get promotion unless you stay more than 8 years.
