    People there are friendly and hard working

    Prosvery big company, a "not bad" salary referred to the average in Shanghai. The most important thing is people there focus on working, not trickery. The atmosphere just like still in school, simple and efficient.

    ConsOvertime working without... we all know that as a chinese.
    And there are too many rules that has nothing to do with research, which only consuming us engineer a lot of time doing meaningless routine.

    Advice to Senior Managementless rules and try to integrate different department together so that there will be less responsibility avoiding things,
