I worked at Zac Posen as an intern (less than a year)

    Pros

Everyone - including Zac himself - was very kind, interested in learning about us interns as people and what our ultimate career goals were; they were very happy to network and give the worthy interns positive letters of recommendation.

    Cons

I wish the internship had been longer! As I was only a sophomore at the time, there was really no room or opportunities for me to grow within the company past my internship.

I worked at Zac Posen as an intern (less than a year)

    Pros

Everyone is very easy going. There is plenty of time to observe the design process. Great camaraderie.

    Cons

Too many interns to have enough opportunity to work. Many interns in a very small space. Not the cleanest place. The area for textile work in not well ventilated.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Get the interns more involved in the process. No one minds getting coffee but there should be some education about design along the way.
