I have been working at Zaxby's part-time (More than a year)

    Pros

You'll have a very flexible schedule, it's pretty easy work, you'll work with easy going people. It's a fun job if you're looking for something simple.

    Cons

The pay is really awful not only because it's just $7.25 an hour but because the raise you get once a year is only a mickle. There's also no room for advancement

    Advice to Management

I have been working at Zaxby's part-time (More than a year)

    Pros

The management is really great for the most part, and they help you with scheduling issues a lot. They work well if your school schedule.

    Cons

The regular employees there don't care about anything, and they get away with a lot of stuff that they shouldn't get away with. One of the managers doesn't do a single thing all day, and the GM says he's in the people business, so he talks a lot instead of ever really doing any actual work. They're nice people, but it gets frustrating when you are the only one that cares.

    Advice to Management

Don't let the employees get away with so much. People call out or don't show up, and there aren't many consequences. It gets really old for those that do show up and care about doing a good job. You're managers, so you should act like it. I understand wanting to get along with your employees and stuff, but you have to draw the line somewhere to show them that you're the leader, not their friend.

I have been working at Zaxby's part-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Work isn't too hard. As long as you communicate with the other people on your shift everything will go fine.

    Cons

You are only allowed to get 28 hours a week if you are not a crew leader or manager. That is ridiculous.

    Advice to Management

I don't have anything to say but I'm being told I have a 20 word minimum. Nitwit! Blubber! Oddment! Tweak! Thank you

I worked at Zaxby's (More than a year)

    Pros

It was a job that I went to and worked for a certain amount of hours. I was then compensated based on my hourly wage multiplied by the number of hours I worked.

    Cons

The job paid an amount of money equal to minimum wage. The job was also boring. Not only that, but the job was also located in a hot kitchen. The job was also boring.

    Advice to Management

Idk. it seemed like it was run pretty well. So keep up the good work at Zaxby's! Good job guys! Cheering for you! WooHoo! Why is there a 20 word minimum to this?

    I worked at Zaxby's full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Working with great people, interacting with nice customers, and preparing great food. I started as a team member then moved up to assistant manager. Co-workers were unique people and I enjoyed getting to know each of them.

    Cons

When hired I stated a medium acceptable pay and then a couple months later someone was hired for the same position, with the same experience, but got hire pay; I was told that I didn't ask for higher pay. That was because I wanted a job and it didn't seem negotiable.

    Advice to Management

Stay organized and take responsibility for faults in store.
