    Pros

Employer friendly company, good product. It has a very diverse culture so not everyone can adjust to it. Flexibly timings is one of the plus points. I find it amazing that every negative comment is supposed to be taken as a true review and any positive review is stated as biased and by management or relative. I have been in the organization for over 5 years and I am neither a mgmt member or a relative but an ordinary employee who has been given valid opportunities for growth for my dedication and hardwork. I understand glassdoor is a platform to vent your frustrations and unhappiness with a employer or organization but to say that all positive reviews are false and only negative reviews are to be considered is unfair. The fact that several people are still working in the company and that the company is growing shows that there are people happy with it. So I would request the other reviewers to keep to themselves and abstain from commenting on other reviewers' view point. They are as valid as yours.

    Cons

At times we have to put in extra hours which is duly compensated by discussing with managers which is a norm so not really a con.

    Advice to Management

You are doing a good job of keeping the company going and growing. Do consider any loopholes that may be present in any department and to resolve it.

    Pros

The company has a good product and it is well documented. That said, if you're stepping up your career into Healthcare this is a great place to learn.
The CEO has done a lot for the betterment of ZeOmega employees. If you get to talk to him, you'll realize his love for the product and company, awareness of healthcare world and vision of ZeOmega.
There are some managers which were/are very good and if you end up working with them, you'll like the stay in this company and grow well.

    Cons

Its a hit or a miss organization for a longer stay (+2 years). The management has some 'bad examples'. What do I mean by that? Short tempers are abundant, My way is the way attitude, 30 something Directors and VPs who know a lot of healthcare but hardly know management or dont have employee skills. If you end up working for them, you're going dislike the organization and find yourself in a snake-pit.
Seems like it is changing, but at times, you are going to work 12-14 hours a day for a few weeks straight.

    Advice to Management

Implement a 360 review. Get reviewed by employees you manage to learn where you are going wrong. You are carrying the baton of this organization and you're always sprinting from deadline to deadline and make hasty decisions. Don't be brave and try to drink from a fire-hose.

    Pros

Nothing really I can think of except the bonus which was good ( was because now it is also not there)

    Cons

Most of the good reveiws are fake, posted on the half of CEO to bring better rating on glassdoor.
There is no work balance or work ethics. Company run by CEO and his useless relatives and VP's who are not capable of any sensible thinking.
There is no work and personal life balance. Nor any work ethics. Your growth depends on the relation you will maintain with VP's, CEO and his relatives and not by your hard work or work ethics.
Employees who are sticking here are because of not getting other opportunities and most of them not capable f getting any other opportunities. No body understand or knows work ethics.
Employees will be given rosy designations (check LinkedIn everyone are associate directors, God knows why 200 strength company need 30+ associate directors).
Unhappy clients leading to no new clients from past 2 years.
Only reason employees sticking here are because of H1 or b1 trips to U.S. And this also stopping as company not doing good or new clients.
Fickle minded management has ensured there is no process or any streamlined development activities or growth to real hard workers.
Most of the good brains have left organizations without able to withstand the madness

    Advice to Management

Grow up. Give opportunity to people who really deserve not who are having good relation with CEO and VP's. Get rid of useless relatives and company will do good.

    Pros

Flexible working conditions, meaning if I had a 6 am call with Bangalore, I could take it from home. Only good thing about the company.

    Cons

Name it. Management from Director level, on up to the top. To think the CEO sent out an email, company-wide, asking for employees to write into Glassdoor with good reviews to get his approval % up, well, that defines the whole company. Notice the poor souls in Bangalore are the ones who respond with 100% FANTASTC reviews - job security for them. It's all about ;appearance; to heck with you and your work/life balance.

    Advice to Management

Notice the mass exodus happening? In the last 6 months, you lost, what? Many directors, a handful of PMs, several others. Look in the mirror. it's YOU causing this.

    Pros

Good Product. Worked with some very bright, capable Business Analysts. Really enjoyed working with customers and many of the Zeomega staff.

    Cons

Inept Technical and product development management-Software is not architected to support customizations for customers but the management is too inexperienced to architect it correctly or to manage software releases and product development efficiently. As a result, upgrades for customers take months because the developers have to go back and fix all the custom functions they have broken while developing the standard software releases. They charge the customers for an "analysis" period when it is really a charge for fixing everything they broke in the software. Bottom line =-they break their own product, then they charge the customer for the time it takes to fix it .

Nepotism abounds. Non Indian employees are discriminated against. Indian mgmt is unable to adapt to management norms of the U.S. In the US, a competent executive would never tell an employee it is not "their place" to have an opinion, especially given the company's history of firing women without cause and exclusionary hiring practices. Experienced employees are micromanaged and belittled. Honest communication upward does not (can not) exist. Arrogance based on artificial executive position and hierarchy rule the day.

Inept senior managers will use their employees as scapegoats when the inevitable problems arise with customers.

The CEO has no sense of decorum and doesn't possess the ability to do basic filtering in his communications. He sends out company wide emails with inaccurate, presumptive information without thinking. He cares more about "riding" the wave of customers for the money than about whether the product will actually help improve lives through coordinated care management.

Stay away from this company-They have a lot to learn.

    Advice to Management

The CEO should let his wife run the company. She is more competent, and his removal would prevent employees from having to witness their arguments.

    Pros

The pace is blindingly fast...it doesn't have a lot of structure so it's a great place to learn how to under duress. I l earned a lot of about IT project management. Senior leadership is very involved: starting with Sam the CEO and the leaders in their Bangalore office.

My team of BAs, Developers and QA were helpful. I appreciated everyone had a pitch in and get the job done attitude. Learned a lot in my 1.5 years there

    Cons

Would have enjoyed more wfh opportunities. It was stressful to have early morning calls with my India team, client morning calls and then trying to squeeze in "get ready for work" activities only to sit in traffic just to get in office. Time could have been used to continue working and producing.

    Advice to Management

No complaints really. I wished there were more opportunities for the PMs to advance and move up.
