“Good pay, but a bit boring for consulting industry”
Former Employee – worked at Zeb as an intern for less than a year
Pros – Compared to other consulting businesses the work-life balance is still quite okay. Although people do expect you to do long hours - even if you dont have anything to do
Pays quite well for an internship. Friendly atmosphere
Cons – One get many interesting promises, e.g., what projects and departments one will work with, but usually they are not held. management is not very well organised
Advice to Senior Management – Better planning of the work of the employees. should keep their word
No, I would not recommend this company to a friend – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company
