    Pros

    Very high pay for interns Relaxed environment that allows for creative growth Many exciting company outings

    Cons

    Lack of direction, work that even full time employees do can be scrapped in seconds because the group has decided to go in a different direction. While the freedom is nice, the gratifying feeling of doing something truly productive is rare.

    Advice to Management

    Better planning is a must at Zebra. Communication between teams is never an easy task (especially with engineers) but someone has to take charge and make decisions.

    Pros

    Senior management has the right idea. They want to go in the right direction. New CEO and new hires at the top have all the right ideas. Health care plan is great, other benefits really good as well.

    Cons

    Internal promotion to middle management or higher is nearly impossible. Communication across the company means dealing with various silos.

    Advice to Management

    Keep working to reduce the silos.
