Pros
People are extremely nice, although salaries are not competitive with other companies.
Cons
People stay in their positions for a very long time, so there is no room for growth, only lateral moves available.
Advice to Senior Management
Not unless someone was to leave or passaway.

Pros
If you are interested in intense algorithm development on a specific modulation system (8-VSB) and what you learn from this topic, then Zenith is a good place to work. If you stay too long, you could get trapped into only working on this modulation system. In general, if you spend a few years here you can learn a lot. If you have ambitions for advancement, then this could be in terms of standards committees and pushing the 8-VSB standard around the world.
Cons
Very secretive approach from the overseers at LG Electronics.
Advice to Senior Management
Determine a coherent plan for the direction of Zenith within LGE.
