Pros

High design firm with an inherent focus towards sustainability built in. Firm has the feeling of family if you integrate yourself, take on responsibilities whether there's a need or you create them yourself.

Cons

Can be long hours. Management, while very intelligent and talented, occassionaly neglects its ability to exercise it's strong arm on employees which allows some individuals to become unruly and disrespectful of their managers and their peers.

Advice to Senior Management

Improve the communication- between offices, employees and the general knowledge base. Avoid pigeon holing valuable employees who will leave if they feel their talents go unrecognized.
