I have been working at Zipfizz

    Pros

You can make good money on a part time basis with out a boss physically in the room with you every day.

    Cons

You have to purchase your own supplies every demonstration and its about$25 every day. Getting reimbursed is like jumping through hoops and the checks are often shorted. After 30 days you lose your reimbursement even if it wasn't an error on your end. One day training and when trained, not to the standards of the company. Manager is very disorganized and always calling out of the blue about shifts or switching stores.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Better traing under more than one person so the proper standards are learned. Company should pay for supplies. Set up a system where the DM can keep track of his schedule for his employees. Two weeks out. Better trained managers.

I worked at Zipfizz part-time (less than an year)

    Pros

Good base pay for high school job. Get to meet many people. Some times you got to keep leftover product which is a nice perk. Also, get free costco membership and free food from many vendors in costco.

    Cons

Long hours. Some poor communication about product delivery. You have to be able to stand on your feet for an extended period of time. The job can get a bit tough when you are in a low income neighborhood trying to sell a high end product.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

You should lower the price of the product and it will increase sales

I worked at Zipfizz part-time (more than an year)

    Pros

Commission incentives, independence during work hours, ability to pitch the product as you chose, interacting with people, good product.

    Cons

Next to no training, poor management, payment was sometimes delayed, on your feet for 8 hours a day, and pressure to hit quotas.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Make the commissions on a sliding scale! The more you get the more money you earn, but everyone should always get a commission for each sale.

    I worked at Zipfizz

    Pros

    Free zipfizz while working shift

    Cons

Job sucks. Manager is barely twenty and lies about reps because he doesn't know how to do his job. I am still waiting for my paycheck months later. What a joke.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Pay reps and hire managers who actually know how to manage instead of teenagers who lie about their reps to cover their own asses. Upper management needs improving; when I complained to them, I was promised results but yeah, that never happened as they never looked into the matter.
