    I worked at Zylog Systems India full-time for more than a year

    Pros

    To gain good project experience as beginners. Most of the teams will have good team members and project managers.

    Cons

    No salary for months. Not a delay in salary, but no salary. Even if you enquire, you won't get any reply. PF will be deducted, but won't be paid. No appraisals obviously when there is no regular salary. Put down the papers, you can get relieved the next day. Pending salary and PF settlement will still be a day dream. Even if we go to labour council, company gives the false promises on settlement, but nothing happens...

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Pay employees for their work. Even if you couldn't, atleast learn to give some legitimate reply to the employees and ex-employees who brought in the profit and fame for you.
