    Pros

    Superior current product in main business, e-stim, diverting efforts for cash flow may be smart long term

    Cons

    Lost all support financially, now commission only which wasn't the plan. No money for expenses or support or marketing or gas!

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Consider some minimal support, gas cards, lunch money. Investments in sales can reap benefits for everyone involved. Share options on new technology if there are potential relationships - no need for new sales force.

    Pros

    manageable hours. typical benefits. wellness program. Good location. OT . Multiple raises.

    Cons

    Downsizing building space to save money. Employees are disposable. Laid off due to Restructuring before holidays. This company is severely lacking when it comes to leadership, ethics, integrity, and employee development!! They will terminate one's employment on a whim with no remorse, whether they've worked there for 10 days or 10 years. lack of experience/leadership at upper mgmt level.

    Set an example. There should be consistency between your actions and what you’re asking your team to do

    I worked at Zynex Medical full-time (more than 5 years)

    Pros

    People were great and lots of opportunity for growth.

    Cons

    CEO single handedly built the company and he has single handedly destroyed it. The company has fallen on hard times. CEO is more worried about appearances than reality. He still drives his Mercedes, has the entire building rented, of which 50 people have an area that used to house 300 to work. The reigns have never been tightened on spending, even though sales have plummeted and everything has been gambled on a compounding pharmacy. This company is on the verge of collapse, so please stay away.

    Wake up and realize the company is just about to fold.

    Pros

    nothing, they lied about compensation, they lied about territory, they lied about everything. People laughed at me when I tried to sell this product in their office. a rip off.

    Cons

    product, compensation, they had a so many reps come one after another people told me on my first day that you will be gone in a month and they were so right

    Pros

    The company is small, health benefits are great, and there is a lot of opportunity to learn.

    Cons

    Company culture is dysfunctional, and turn-over is significant. This leads to a sense that the company is never really on top of its duties, because employees are novice, on the way out, or struggling under the pressure.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Identify the top 3 most important job functions and hire based on those functions, rather than inserting inexperienced people into positions for which they aren't trained. This will reduce or eliminate management turn-over, increase corporate knowledge, and encourage staff retention.

    a Good Idea for product, it is very poorly managed, it is very poorly executed, it is just way too disorganized

    keep stomping on your team that makes the wheels turn, when it breaks, you all crash too
