Pros
Great discounts, you can pick up extra shifts if you want, uniforms, knowledge of product given over the course of employment and fun working environment.
Cons
Management are on a bit of a power trip, can't always get approved leave, difficulty getting smaller sizes (inventory isn't that great)
Advice to Senior Management
Interact with employees more, listen to their suggestions. Management at head office is excellent. Operations within Australia seem to be doing very well.
Pros
Adidas makes lots of assets from these countries and is expanding to more oversea countries.
Cons
Adidas, like other sports brands, is believed to engender high consumer brand loyalty

Advice to Senior Management
Know how to retain the talents within the company
Pros
A decent Discount, free clothes so you don't have to spend your whole paycheck on your uniform. brand recognition worldwide
Cons
No credit given where credit is due, and further, no accountability when poor work is completed. Pay is mediocre, the senior management has no care or thought of the ones below them, and are NEVER around. The business model is very poor, there is way too much stock in the stores. They do not focus on promoting the right items, and do not listen to the employees.
Advice to Senior Management
Listen to your employees, listen to your customers! Sell the things that sell, get rid of the things that don't. You can't sell the same stuff the same way on the east coast as you can on the west coast. If someone does a good job, tell them so! Discontinue hiring outside managers, promote from within.
Pros
Its easy and a fun enviornment. It is always very slow. We get 8 dollars an hour so that is good.
Cons
The upper management is bad they are always trying new things that don't work. We get treated like cattle so it sucks.
Pros
adidas offers great perks, very good benefits, and fair salaries. adidas is very willing to promote from within and regularly moves employees internationally. There are some great people who are very smart that work at adidas.
Cons
There is a high school like culture within adidas and a general lack of acceptance for those who aren't in the same mold as everyone else. The company has difficulties with change management. Until recently (2011) strategic planning was a weak point throughout all levels of the organization. This is still a problem area but has improved.
Pros
not too stressful, learn new things
Cons
doubt room for career growth, small salary increase
Advice to Senior Management
be better leaders
Pros
Great team mentality throughout the store overall
Cons
Overtime often ocurred and late nights working too
Advice to Senior Management
Nothing, keep up the good work
Pros

Cons
micro management is a big no no
Advice to Senior Management
keep it simple and fun
