    Pros

Great discount across the board and associate genuinely like working for their brand... at first.

    Cons

Senior management is a joke. They preach "people first" but never take care of their own. They will let a store crumble before promoting someone within. 5 Store managers in 2 years in my store alone says A LOT.

    Advice to Management

People first strategy doesn't work if you don't follow through with it

    Advice to Management

    Care about your employees more.

    Pros

9 out of 12 co-workers are great to associate with.

    Cons

Not everyone pulls their weight and there's always those 2 people who find an excuse to do anything other than work.

    Advice to Management

Quit showing favoritism and keeping those who will listen to your outside sob stories from doing their jobs.

    Pros

It will get you more interested in sports for those that want to start exercising and will keep you alert.

    Cons

It wont be a good place if you are not really interested in sports or similar things that are related to that.

    Advice to Management

Some advice would be to stay loyal and not to be biased towards something. It will be a good experience for you.

    Pros

I was first hired through adidas after 1. filling out an online app and receiving a call, 2. a group interview, and 3. a personal interview. In totall took about two-three weeks. I loved Adidas for the simple fact I grew to love the brand. The employees, my cowrorkers, were dope. I didn't really dsilike any. They helped make the job fun and wonderful. The pay was pretty amaazing and overall you worked hard but you didn't dread coming to work.

    Cons

I disliked the fact we had four managers who would sometimes tell us four different things. One of my managers in particular was very annoying. I often didn't like how the managers racially profilled people who etnered the store. We did have some thefts, and I was even on the clock when it happen, however it was a lot of racially tense profiling. Often times customers were unruly but thats with any retail job. Despite being seasonal, I also didn't appreciate the managers ignoring me after the summer wa sover when I tried to come back and work. I wish they would've just sad no..instead of ignoring calls and emails.

    Advice to Management

    Relax.
