    Pros

Exposure to end to end, not a cog in the machine, your ideas matter regardless of your level, you get ownership over your work, travel, international exposure, better benefits than any US based company i've ever seen, amazing passionate people, less conservative politics - ideas matter first, cool fun product, active lifestyle, work life balance, growth opportunities, fun environment, laid back office attire, huge windows and lots of space when you work (versus being crammed in a line or distracting open floor plans, they care about growing you, and they have best culture and values - I often wish i never left.

    Cons

less pay that competition, pressure to perform higher than the competitions, less resources and impact if not at HQ, singular mindset / tunnel vision for career movement

    Advice to Management

let people work end to end to gain exposure, pay a little better, and keep high tension disagreements away from the executors to maintain better moral

    Pros

It is a team-oriented environment and is very fast-paced. Fun events are planned for the employees.

    Cons

There are procedures for everything. Flexibility and Creative thinking is not rewarded. The process can be very rigid. Micro Management occurs frequently.

    Advice to Management

Be more open to suggestions. Do not micro-manage the employees.

    Pros

Great people, generous employee discounts, efficient management, cooperative scheduling, great atmosphere and friendly work-environment, top-rate products.

    Cons

Limited or no benefits including health insurance, life insurance, retirement, but only part time work except for management positions. Regulations can be overly restrictive in some cases.

    Advice to Management

Ease up on employee regulations, but overall very efficient, simple, and effective managerial support.

    Pros

The adidas Group is a fantastic company to work for. I worked specifically in the Reebok HQ near Boston. The facility the best I've worked in. It's a fitness lover's dream. Would highly recommend working there.

    Cons

For those of us who are more passive fitness and/or sports buffs it can be an intimidating culture.

    Pros

It is a sports product company so you are surrounded by sports which is great. The pay is nice and the employees are laid back. I was in the field and the communication with other employees was great. The benefits and flexibility is top notch.

    Cons

The guidance and direction from management was not great.

    Advice to Management

    Share a vision with employees.

    Pros

Great atmosphere to work in, if you have a love for people and sports. I got to meet some excellent personalities both famous and not. It was also a great learning experience! Eirelan Manning was by far the best G.M, I had ever worked for, followed by Amy Cabrera, which was the WORST!

    Cons

Adidas makes little effort to give back to it's field employees. Shortly after my termination, Adidas decided to drop all of their Full-time employees who were not in supervisory roles. This cost many to lose the benefits 6 months later (when it took effect).

    Advice to Management

Step up your "People First" crap and really stand behind this!
