    Pros

Great opportunity to learn from within a well established athletic brand. Was given opportunity to take advantage of many career opportunities.

    Cons

It felt difficult to stand out, a lot of employees makes it intense to stand out unless you do something over the top.

    Advice to Management

Allow everyone to Showcase their skills, usually the smartest one in the rooms isn't the one leading the meeting.

    Pros

Adidas has a great culture and the company truly cares about the brand. i have been working for adidas for a year now and have enjoyed my time with them.

    Cons

The retail store does not offer commission to its employees but at the same time provides praise for individual sales to customers.

    Advice to Management

Offer comminsion to employees and a better training program.

I have been working at adidas Group

    Pros

    - Relaxed work environment
    - Raises and Bonuses
    - Free shoes (free clothes too if you work at a non-outlet store)
    - Good employee discount
    - Sales contests from time to time

    Cons

    - If you work at an outlet store things tend to be a bit more hectic and disorganized. (After switching over to a non-outlet store I had a far better experience)
    - Not a lot of hours available to part time associates
    - Customers (I work in Orlando where a large number of tourists speak no English and it can be quite frustrating)

    Advice to Management

There needs to be more organization in to structure that allows associates to advance to management positions. At outlets it would be far better if the store was adequately staffed. (We were constantly understaffed when I worked at an outlet store.)

    Pros

Our location has a great atmosphere, most of the time it does not even feel like work, Just spending time with friends and meeting new people everyday.

    Cons

Sometimes the workload can become cumbersome, and the guests are not always happy but the Pro's outweigh the Con's.

    Advice to Management

Think before sending out stock to another location, Stuff is not always suitable for all climates.
