    Pros

    Relaxed atmosphere, great benefits

    Cons

Everyone has too much work to do to do the best job possible. Corners have to be cut in order to handle work load.

    Advice to Management

Give employees the opportunity to focus on doing less work well rather than doing a lot of work good enough.

    Pros

Good entry level retail position. They have a great training program that you are forced into and really teaches you about selling and product knowledge

    Cons

The management don't seem to be invested, they are horrible at promoting from within and at the location I worked at there was constantly new people being trained and almost every week someone quit as not everyone took the job very seriously.

    Advice to Management

Care about your position and actually lead those below you instead of acting as if people are a burden when they fail to do their job correctly or not fast enough for your liking or personal time schedulies.

    Pros

Work travel. Benefits. On-campus workout facility.

    Cons

Frustratingly underpaid. Takes way too long to get promoted despite doing PM quality work for years while being a APM, and asked to do things way outside of your job requirements. While this is often a pro, as it keeps your job exciting, if you're not compensated adequately it really makes you evaluate why you haven't decided to go elsewhere.

    Advice to Management

PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE evaluate the work that your employees are doing and compensate them fairly, AT LEAST up to industry standard. You're going to keep losing employees to competitors if you keep failing to value your employees' work.

    Pros

Great work life balance, great teams in field.

    Cons

upper management support lacking, not sure they even care about the FO side as no support for the field teams to drive results.

    Advice to Management

listen to the field teams, and talk to the teams about driving sales and not the everything else but.
