    ProsI worked with good people. Management was genuinely interested in their employees

    ConsHours. God help you if you got the graveyard shift.

    Advice to Senior ManagementAllow more time to recover from bad calls. At the end I burned out because I couldn't take a break or even go to the washroom and I only 5 minutes personal time. Ever

    Nice experience to start

    ProsYoung group of people, made a lot of friends there and had overall a positive experience. Friendly Management.

    ConsLow salary and huge turnover of people (due to the salary most probably).

    Advice to Senior ManagementMake more group activities, some employees feels at time just as an anonymous number, try to let them understand you know who they are. Raise salaries to reduce turnover.

    Disappointing Hard Workers need not apply

    Customer Services Representative (Current Employee)

    Pros- Benefits Package
    - Open Door Policy so easy access to management
    - extremely tolerant with absenteeism and gaming the system
    - very flexible with scheduling for medical or family needs
    - Employee Purchase Program with some major vendors

    Cons- no pay raises
    - pay rate based on position with experience being irrelevant
    - serious lack of communication between the management and entry level staff
    - leadership skills lacking
    - no room for advancement as most departments are very small

    Advice to Senior ManagementHire some leaders, get better communication between departments and empower people to make decisions as it takes way too long to get even simple things fixed.

    Great place to work, too bad the outsourcer is terrible

    Prosgreat enviroment and fantastic coworkers. It was a relaxed job in which I never felt stressed out. very neat decoration and clean, fresh spaces.

    ConsThe outsourcer in my city is absolutely terrible, they fire peolple without rewarding the employee as the law requires them in my country. also, there should be more part time possitions available.

    Advice to Senior ManagementKeep up the good work, and please make sure the prices you give away for the employees are not being stolen by the floor managers.
