Pros – They have very good client relationships and have got contacts with good clients having long term projects. Wonderful to work for without much hassle.

Cons – Pay wise they are not that great. So it is important to strike the deal at the beginning. Later on increase in rate is not that great.

Advice to Senior Management – Great team to work for but you need to improve your relationship with your employees by giving some incentives etc.. There is no bonus or any kind of incentives for jobs well done or appreciation by client.

Cons – Minimum PF deductions and there is no incentive

Cons – Missed mentoring and coaching and direction with the division I worked for.

Pros – Here you will get good environment, diversified opportunities, healthy work life balance, helpful senior management and a good learning curve. The peers are good and a good career path.

Cons – Office facilities are not up to the mark, not better per diem while onshore, no pickup and drop facilities for most of the employees as only two company buses are there

Cons – Slight culture problem with one community being a majority but the people are good..

- Rushed deadlines in terms of work.
- Excessive working hours
- Appraisals not so good to speak of
- Company benefiting policies

Advice to Senior Management – - No buyout clause in the Employee separation policy.
There is a strong need for a change in this policy as the employee cannot quit the organisation by forfeiting equivalent basic salary for reduced notice period. Its unclear why this clause does not exist.
- Absolutely No reduction in notice period
- Need more people working on crucial projects else employees are pressed for more effort resulting in excessive working hours.
